Huawei Mate 30 Pro Camera Specification Leaked, Screen Protector shows Distinctive Curvatures
Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a Chinese multinational technology company offering telecommunications equipment for several years now. The company has also been known to offer mobile phones/ smartphones with impressive camera quality. The company is now planning to offer the Mate 30 Pro in the Indian market but has faced specs leak before the launch of the new device. Huawei Mate 30 Pro is expected to launch by October this year but the camera specifications for the device have been leaked before the launching of the device.
The device is being expected to arrive with a quad-camera setup. If this happens, this device will be the only flagship phone with such a camera setup and with the latest leaks, there are chances that Huawei Mate 30 Pro would arrive with two similar 40MP sensors at the back.
As per the message shared on the twitter account of leaker Ice Universe, Huawei Mate 30 Pro will be arriving with a camera setup of 40+40+8+ToF where the 40MP will be the sensors, 8MP will be the shooter for telephoto zoom and ToF will feature the sensor for background blur in portrait mode.
The company’s motive behind such a feature has not been figured out yet but, it is being estimated as a move to compete against the iPhone and Pixel lineups that will feature triple rear cameras for primary imaging. Before this device, Huawei has used the 40MP Sony IMX600 Camera Sensor on P30, P30 Pro, Mate 30, and now it will be offered in the upcoming Mate 30 Pro. Huawei launched the Mate 20 series in November last year and now it is time for the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro to be launched which is being expected to launch by the end of this year.
In another leak by the Ice Universe, the screen protector of the Mate 30 Pro will have almost 5 holes in its notch. The four holes of this screen protector will be at the backside and one will be dedicated for the selfie camera. So, the upcoming Huawei Mate 30 Pro will feature a quad-camera setup but it will be exciting to watch the kind of response it gets against the competitors like Samsung and upcoming iPhone.
