When it comes to OnePlus, we all know that the company releases major software updates frequently. This time around OnePlus is all set to upgrade its camera software and we are expecting the latest OnePlus Camera app v4 update in a few days.
The OnePlus stock camera app has garnered praise before and this time it seems the new software will make a series of improvements. Android Police has spotted the latest software and has shared the APK, however, the software should be installed only on the OnePlus 8 series phones. As there are no new phones present in India right now, we were not able to try this new camera app.
According to the screenshots shared by the Android Police, one change that has occurred is that the settings can now be accessed from a new button in the top right. Google Lens has received a dedicated button in the viewfinder, while previously there was a tap and holds an option on the screen for activation.
Few of the readjustments have been done on quick settings at the top of the viewfinder. There is an addition of a new filter as well as the selection toggles. Moreover, few things are also moved from the settings menu. The UltraShot HDR mode has been shifted to the top of the settings menu, followed by the aspect ratio selector, nightscape, and video. Looking at these major changes, we can say that OnePlus is all set to take the world by storm with its new technologies.
