OPPO Ace 2 Confirmed to Pack Snapdragon 865 SoC & Quad Camera Setup
Global smartphone manufacturer, OPPO is all set to unveil its new champ, OPPO Ace 2. The device will launch in China on April 13, 2020, and will be a 5G handset. The official renders of the device were previously spotted on the Chinese e-commerce website JD.com. Before that, the OPPO Ace 2 had appeared on the Chinese TENAA certification website which revealed some of the specifications. OPPO Ace 2 has now come on the Geekbench database website that disclosed a number of exciting features.
The OPPO Ace 2 is expected to flaunt a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, which will be located in the top left corner of the device’s display. The device will house a quadruple rear camera setup, which will be positioned inside a circular module and there will be an LED flash.
The Geekbench listing of the OPPO Ace 2 further confirms that the device will be launched in an 8GB RAM variant. Furthermore, the device will come with the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house ColorOS 7 skin baked on top of it. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, which will be assisted by 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of onboard storage. No information about the storage extension is disclosed. As far as the battery of the device is concerned, the OPPO Ace 2 will boast a 1,955mAh dual-cell battery coupled with 40W charging capabilities.
Meanwhile, the OPPO Enco W31 wireless earbuds will also launch alongside the OPPO Ace 2 smartphone in China on April 13, 2020
