Redmi Note 9S MFF 2020 Limited Edition Is Here To Wow Users

One of the motives of Xiaomi is to always connect with its users with budget products. The Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max are this year’s first new announcements from Xiaomi under the Redmi brand and they garnered immense appreciation. Xiaomi now wants to repeat the same for other markets.

Xiaomi has just begun the Mi Fan Festival 2020 in China and in order to celebrate the occasion auspiciously, the company has unveiled a new model to the Redmi Note 9 series.  It is named the Redmi Note 9S MFF 2020 Limited Edition. However, unlike its previous launches, this time the company has not disclosed much about the product’s price and specifications. Rather, it has shown the phone to the world. This denotes that Redmi Note 9S is essentially a renamed Redmi Note 9 Pro from India. The phone has the same design at the back and front, which gives out a lot about this one. Additionally, the Redmi Note 9S even appears to have the same quad camera system with a 48-megapixel main camera.

As it is a special edition model, we can see a logo of the Mi Fan Festival 2020 cemented above the Redmi branding. The phone also appears to only come in a single grey variant, which could be due to the limited-edition nature of the product. Xiaomi says it will only make 2020 units of the phone all over the world to commemorate the occasion.

From the speculations, we are sure that the new edition will resemble the same set of specifications as that of the Redmi Note 9 Pro. Like previously, this device will also be powered by Snapdragon 720G chipset that will be paired with up to 6GB RAM. The 5020mAh battery should keep the phone alive along with the 18W fast-charging system. All the other highlights such as the 6.67-inch LCD display, the 48-megapixel Samsung GM2 sensor for the main camera and that stunning design will be reserved for the Redmi Note 9S.

It is yet to be seen whether Xiaomi does a Redmi Note 9 for the Indian market this year. Rumours suggest that Redmi is working on the Redmi 9 that will come with a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. A new quad-camera setup is also expected to make debut on the Redmi 9 series.
