Tech behemoth Google is going to make the Pixel 5 and the Pixel 4a 5G official at an online event on September 30. With less than 10 days to go, many more details about the new Google device are making the rounds now.
Both the phones were found listed at multiple European retailers, hinting at details about presumptive pricing, colour options, storage size, and even a possible release date. In fact, according to a separate report, the phones will be out on October 15.
The Pixel 4a 5G is expected to cost £499 with 128GB of storage, while the Pixel 5 will go for £615. The Pixel 5 will be offered in black and green, while for the 4a 5G you can choose between white and black. It is likely that both phones will have 128GB as the base size for storage.
In continental Europe, the Pixel 4a 5G could retail for €499, and the Pixel 5 could be priced at €629, according to some newly uncovered listings. However, it is wise to take this news with a pinch of salt as retailers tend to go overboard to attract customers to their page. But either way, Google is definitely going to officially make an announcement next week, so stay tuned.
