How to read a sheet

What is in a sheet

Every model on this site is held as one document with the same groups in the same order: launch, body, display, platform, memory, main camera, selfie camera, sound, comms, features, battery and, where the manufacturer published them, test figures. Keeping the order fixed is the whole point of the index — you can read two phones one under the other without hunting for where a maker decided to put the charging figure this year.

Where the figures come from

A row is filled only from the manufacturer data sheet we hold for that model. If a field was never published, the row stays empty rather than being filled from a press summary or from a retailer listing. An empty row therefore means we could not confirm the number, not that the phone lacks the feature. Prices are the launch list price recorded for that model at the time and are not tracked afterwards; treat them as a marker of where the phone was positioned, not as what it costs today.

Scores sit next to the sheet, never inside it

Where a model carries a score, the figure is the desk verdict across design, camera, features, performance and battery. It is an opinion, and it is printed above the table so that it cannot be confused with a manufacturer figure. Nothing in the specification table is ever adjusted to match a score.
