Tips, corrections and commercial enquiries — where to send them.
One address handles everything below: [email protected]. There is no form on this page and no phone line; mail is read on working days and most replies go out within two of them.
Corrections
This is the fastest way to get our attention. A specification sheet on this site is typed from a manufacturer document, and a typed figure can be wrong. Name the model, name the row — display, battery, chipset — and, if you have it, point at the official page carrying the right figure. We check it against the source, correct the page and leave the corrected value in place. We do not remove a row because a reader disagrees with it: an empty row on this site means we could not confirm the figure, and that is a different statement.
Missing and wrong models
If a phone you are looking for has no sheet here, say so — we keep the requests and work through them. If a sheet exists but the variant is wrong (different memory tier, different regional model, different chipset for the same name), tell us which variant you are holding. Regional splits are the single most common source of mismatch on any spec site, this one included.
Tips and embargoed material
Launch dates, price lists and documents are welcome. Say whether the material is under embargo and until when; we hold to it. We do not pay for tips and we do not publish a document that only says what a press release already said.
Review samples
Hardware sent to this desk is covered on the same terms as hardware we buy: the sender sees no copy before publication, gets no veto over a score, and a returned sample changes nothing that was already published. Ask before sending; unsolicited parcels are not tracked.
Commercial enquiries
Advertising, placements and sponsored links go to the same address, with the word advertising in the subject line. Commercial links on this site are marked in the page source and never affect a score, a hub placement or the order of a listing — see how we work. Requests to insert a link into an existing editorial article, or to remove an unfavourable line from one, are declined; sending the request twice does not change that. Privacy and takedowns
What this site stores about a visitor is set out in the privacy policy. Copyright complaints should identify the page, the material and the rights holder; without those three we cannot act on it.
