Chinese smartphone giant OPPO has finally launched the A92s in China, as part of its offerings in the premium mid-range segment. The new device from OPPO features top-of-the-line specifications, along with supporting 5G connectivity. The new device is ready for pre-orders and is slated to start selling in China from April 29.
As for the design of the A92s, the phone has quite a clean look. In the front, it has a dual-camera housed in a punch-hole on the top left of the display. The back of the phone has a highlighted camera setup. The OPPO A92s sports a total of four camera modules. The setup is featured in a unique because of the diagonally connected lens.
Display & Camera
The display on the OPPO A92s has a 120Hz refresh rate, one of the fastest in the industry right now. Although a lot of other phones are also offering the same feature. The four-camera lens on the new device includes a primary 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. The camera setup also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. Along with this, OPPO has opted for a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, instead of a rear one, and this sensor also does the job of the power button.
The OPPO A92s is priced at CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs. 23,800) for the base variant – 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The 8GB RAM, 128GB storage option will sell at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 27,000). The two colour options available include black and white. We still have no idea about when the device is going to launch in India though.
