OnePlus launched two of its flagship phones in the first half of 2019 that offer excellent value for money – OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro. Now the company has planned to take a step forward and unveil an incremental software update for the two phones to make improvements. OnePlus is rolling out OxygenOS 10.0.4 for the OnePlus 7T series, and we are expecting to see an update notification soon. The OxygenOS 10.0.4 does not promise to bring any new feature to the table but aims to optimize the overall performance. The new software will enhance a couple of systems along with some camera tweaks. Going by the changelog, OnePlus has optimised the translation accuracy, general bug fixes, cloud services for Gallery and overall network communication performance. This optimized communication performance comprises network, phone calls, and mobile data performance. OnePlus has mentioned in the changelog that the cloud service for Gallery will only be available for Indian users.

OnePlus has also informed that the update will also lead to the optimization of selfie camera on the OnePlus 7T devices for clicking better selfies at night. This software update is being rolled out over the air (OTA) and is carried out in a staged manner. Therefore, it will take a stipulated time for the software to reach all the devices.
