Samsung Launches Galaxy M30s; 4GB RAM variant with 128GB storage

Samsung has announced a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant for the Galaxy M30s. The handset was initially available in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB storage models. Apart from the new RAM and storage configuration, the rest of the Galaxy M30s specifications remain the same.

The smartphone features a Super AMOLED display, a 6,000mAh battery with fast-charging support and 48MP triple cameras. The company had also recently slashed the Galaxy M30s price in India by up to Rs 2,000.

Price of the new variant in India

The Samsung Galaxy M30s 4GB + 128GB price in India is Rs 14,999 and the smartphone will be available across retail stores, Amazon.in and Samsung online store from March 14th. The phone comes in Opal Black, Sapphire Blue and Quartz Green colour options.

The Samsung Galaxy M30s sports a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED full HD+ display with Infinity-U notch to house the selfie camera. It is powered by the Samsung Exynos 9611 chipset coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB native storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The handset boots Android 9.0 Pie with custom One UI skin on top. Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.

The Samsung Galaxy M30s has triple rear cameras consisting of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree field-of-view, and a 5MP depth sensor for portrait shots. On the front, there is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calling. A 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support fuels the handset. The Samsung Galaxy M30s has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
